You will also have the opportunity to get used to working with white Larnage clay and master all the advantages of refractory technology, the pyrolysis effect in a world-famous oven: the Panyol. You will prepare food, making the produce into dishes using the old methods, in a historic venue dating back to 1829 and in a pleasant, friendly setting which is perfect for enthusiasts who are looking for results and, above all, who want to give both their taste buds and their eyes a real treat.
