It is also about keeping the craft-based side of things alive, passing on our experience
and the original side of cooking food using a wood fire.

We are fascinated by every aspect of food and we take great pride and exercise enormous discipline when it comes to authenticity and the careful choice of the variety of foods we all need to stay healthy.
