La Foumeche is open in the week and we
will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.

Thursdays from 6:30 p.m.
Sunday closed
Or, on request, depending upon what you would like us to do for you.
We can suggest a dining room, a tearoom and a terrace, in a restful setting away from prying eyes. This gives your visit peace and quiet, a very special harmony provided by this historic space dating back to 1829 but restored in the 20th and 21st centuries.
Appetisers "depending upon what craft-based products are made using the wood fire on the day"
On Tuesdays, "gâteau au beurre", speciality from Neuchâtel, from 6:30 p.m. (upon request 024 434 18 30) the other days also possible.
On Saturday mornings, we are also at the Neuchâtel market: IP-Suisse labelled bread, organic bread, IP-Suisse labelled butter braided bread.
Bread, brioche plaits made with cow's milk, croissants and hand-made butter cake (a Neuchâtel speciality), cooked over a wood fire and made with natural leaven, spring water and Guérande grey salt. There are plenty of other suggestions for you.
Come and share in the fun of watching the food cooked over a wood fire.
